Postdoctoral Call: Beatriu de Pinòs 2017 (Generalitat de Catalunya)

We would like to inform that the Beatriu de Pinòs 2017 Postdoctoral Call (funded by the Generalitat de Catalunya) is open from 15 January to 28 February 2018. It awards 60 postdoctoral contracts in any knowledge area. The fellowships must have a minimal term of two years. Depending upon budgetary availability, these grants may be renewed for one further year, granted that the submitted progress reports are satisfactory.

Requirements: Candidates must have obtained their doctorate between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2015. The period for obtaining the doctorate can be extended, spanning from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2015, in the case of documented leave due to family care (maternity/paternity, sick parent, etc) or serious illness.

Salary: 86,000 euros (2-year salary + S.S. costs), which represents roughly an annual salary before taxes 32,000 euros. Complementary grant 6,000 euros for research training activities.
