Biosketch

I graduated in Mathematics at the Universitat de Barcelona (UB) in 1979. My scientific career started in the Statistics Department of the Universitat de Barcelona (UB). In 1985, I obtained my PhD in Mathematics (Universitat de Barcelona), in the field of stochastic processes, under the direction of Prof. David Nualart Rodón  . I  am Associate Professor at the  Mathematics and Computing Department  of Universitat of Barcelona since 1987.


My research interests are in survival analysis from both the theoretical as applied approach
